01
Current upgrade process
At the time this page was prepared, the public pricing page describes upgrade requests as reviewed by an administrator, and states that automatic payment processing may be connected in a later billing phase.
Submitting an enquiry or requesting an upgrade should not itself create a recurring payment authorization. Any actual paid arrangement should identify the price, service period, payment method and agreed terms.

02
Free and paid plans
The website advertises a Free plan and paid tiers with different limits and included features. Pricing and available limits are shown on the public pricing and individual plan-detail pages.
The availability of a paid-plan label does not necessarily mean automated online checkout is active. A paid upgrade is subject to the arrangements explicitly communicated and accepted.
03
Currency, taxes and invoices
The current pricing pages show USD amounts. Before a paid order is confirmed, the customer should receive the final amount, the applicable billing period and any taxes or fees that apply.
Invoices or receipts should identify the seller or merchant collecting payment and the applicable payment details. Exchange conversion or banking fees may depend on the selected payment method and provider.
04
Recurring billing and renewal authorization
The public upgrade flow does not currently indicate that recurring card payments are automatically charged. If recurring checkout is introduced later, the renewal frequency, renewal price, payment provider, authorization terms and how to cancel should be displayed before the customer pays.
Customers should never be enrolled in recurring billing solely because they submitted a general enquiry or visited the pricing page.
05
Cancelling or changing a paid plan
For any existing paid arrangement, use the contact form or the billing channel provided at purchase to request a plan change or cancellation. Include the account email and the reference on the invoice or purchase confirmation.
The effective cancellation date, access remaining after cancellation and any unused-period adjustments depend on the agreement actually accepted and applicable law. Do not assume a self-service cancellation control exists unless it is provided in your current account.
06
Refund requests
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, paid twice, or the purchased service was not provided as agreed, submit a billing enquiry with the date, receipt reference and a short explanation. Do not send card numbers, CVV codes or bank passwords.
Refund decisions and processing times depend on the transaction terms, any involved merchant or payment provider, and mandatory rights under applicable law. A fixed refund guarantee is not promised here because the final paid checkout and merchant arrangements have not been verified.
07
Payment service providers
An external payment company may be used if online checkout is activated. The identity of the merchant of record, available payment methods, tax handling and receipt issuer should be made clear at the time of payment.
This page does not claim that Lemon Squeezy, Stripe or any other named provider is currently processing Web Hosting Monitor subscriptions.
08
Payment issues and disputes
If a payment fails, is duplicated, or appears unfamiliar, contact support with the account email and a redacted transaction reference. Do not provide sensitive payment credentials.
You may also have rights to contact the merchant, payment service provider or your financial institution under the applicable transaction terms and law.
09
Billing arrangements may evolve when direct checkout is enabled. A materially changed billing policy should be dated and made available before or alongside new purchases.
